We are not a party to your transaction

When an auction closes, we open a private thread between the two of you. Everything after that — payment, shipping, refunds, and any dispute — is an agreement between you and the other person, not with us.

We do not hold funds in escrow and we do not guarantee that either side will do what they promised.

We do not verify items

Photos, descriptions, authenticity, condition and ownership are all stated by the seller. We never see the item.

If authenticity matters to you, ask the seller before bidding. A bid is an offer to buy, and withdrawing it is at the seller's discretion.

Ratings are opinions

Ratings and comments are written by other users about their own experience. They are opinions, not a verification or an endorsement by us.

A seller with no rating is not necessarily a risk, and a high rating is not a guarantee.

Distance and location

The shipping origin and the distance shown in search come from what the seller entered. They are approximate and we do not verify them.

Availability

We may suspend, change or end the Service, or remove a listing, at any time. An auction can be interrupted by an outage, and we are not liable for a sale that did not happen as a result.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from a transaction between users, from an item that was not as described, or from the Service being unavailable.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
