Accounts

You need a registered Hamary account to list, bid, message or review. Browsing does not require one.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person should not run several accounts to influence ratings or bidding.

A bid is a commitment

Placing a bid is an offer to buy at that amount. If you win, you are expected to complete the purchase with the seller.

A bid cannot be withdrawn by the bidder. A seller may cancel a bid on their own listing, and may bar that bidder from bidding on their listings again.

A bid placed in the final minutes extends the auction, so that a late bid can always be answered.

Listings

An auction runs for at least 24 hours and at most 10 days. Once someone has bid, the listing can no longer be edited — the bid was made on the terms as they stood.

Describe the item accurately, including flaws, and use your own photos of the actual item.

A seller may end an auction early by accepting the highest standing bid, or withdraw a listing that has no bids.

What may not be listed

Counterfeit goods, or anything that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or likeness rights.

Anything whose sale is restricted by law where either party is, and anything that is not lawfully yours to sell.

Items that are not physical merch that can be handed over — this Service is not for services, accounts, or digital goods.

After an auction closes

A private thread opens between the seller and the winning bidder. Use it to agree payment and shipping; both of those happen outside this Service.

Both sides then mark the deal completed or cancelled. If one side never answers, the answer that was given settles the deal after 14 days.

Ratings and reviews

After a deal is settled, each side may rate the other out of five and leave a comment. Sellers and buyers are rated separately.

Reviews must describe your own experience of that deal. Do not use them for abuse, for personal information about the other party, or in exchange for anything.

Conduct

Do not harass other users, contact them outside a deal thread without their agreement, or use the messaging for advertising.

Do not manipulate auctions — bidding on your own listings through another account, or arranging bids to inflate a price, is not allowed.

Enforcement

We may remove a listing, restrict an account from selling, bidding and reviewing, or end an account, where these terms are broken.

A restriction is recorded against your shared account identifier, so deleting and re-registering does not lift it.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms or the Service. Continuing to use it after a change means accepting the new terms.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
